International Day of Girl Child

On the Occasion of International Day of Girl Child; District Child Club of Kathmandu and Teenage Society of Nepal took time out to sit together and discuss various issues relating to girl child and their life betterment. The venue was choose so that we could have immediate impact of the day as well as future impact. This event took place at Ruwan Nepal amidst girl children whose parents were either lost or missing.

It was a great day indeed. With share of knowledge, fun, moments and creation of memories.


"We have seen who rule the nation he/she also have a talent. The talent to attract the people by there word whether they fulfill or not. But we being the well educated and talented youth, the future of the nation we shouldn’t see what others are doing rather we should search for what should we do? Children are the future of the nation they are the one who will rule the nation in the future. Our task now is to get work on sustainable development targets and making good good on our promises to give girls all the opportunities they deserve as they mature to adulthood by 2030. On the occasion of International Girls Child day we are in Ruwan Nepal’s child club discussing about problems and solutions related to uplifting girls life.
